if you are new to Reiki energy healing, I highly recommend you book this 3 session package, each session will be 1 hour long: Session 1: Allows your body to be familiar with Reiki Session 2: Speed up the healing process Session 3: An integration of healing results from the last two sessions. Note: The gap between sessions suggests a week. Some people need more than 3 sessions, and some only need one, it really depends on the individual.
