What is inner child healing in the shamanic way?
This is a process of reconnecting with the younger parts of yourself through a shamanic lens. We work with journeying, symbolism, and felt experience to gently access memories, emotions, and patterns that may still be shaping your present life. The aim here is not to relieve your pain but find the root cause of the pain to release the energy or thought form that came with that experience, and learn how to build a healthy relationship with your inner child, therefore better handle life's trriger and responding life in a safe and healthy way.
Do I need prior experience with shamanism or meditation?

No experience is needed. You will be guided step by step. The work is designed to be accessible while still honouring the depth of the practice.

What happens during a session or programme?

You’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative state where we begin to connect with your inner child through imagery, sensation, and emotion. There may be sharing, reflection, and integration afterwards to help ground what comes through.

Does this 6-week period have to be consecutive?

This 6-week mentorship is your journey, and the pace is entirely flexible. The weeks don't have to be consecutive – we’ll move in rhythm with your own personal flow and needs. Each week’s focus will be tailored to where you are on your path, and the structure is simply a guide. And, if after 6 weeks you feel there’s still deeper work to be done, We can continue together for another 6 weeks. Your healing is an ongoing, evolving process, and I’ll be here to walk alongside you.

What does “shamanic” mean in this context?

Shamanic practice here refers to working with altered states of awareness (such as guided journeying), connecting with inner landscapes, and engaging with imagery, spirit, and intuition as tools for healing and insight. It is experiential rather than purely conversational.

Is there a payment plan available?
